On this project we were hired by the clients who were owner builders. We worked closely with them on their original design, turning their very traditional single level home into a grand modern masterpiece. This project was specifically challenging as it fell under a Flame Zone of BAL FZ, which is the highest level local councils grade due to being nestled so close to the national park. The restrictions on building materials you can use for construction and methods made for a lot of research on our behalf and due to this a lot of other builders knocked back taking this project on. Although stressful at times we were more than happy to take up the challenge and the clients were amazed at how we overcame such challenges.
