Working together with the client we made simple design choices to maximise light and space that was lacking in their existing project home. We also designed and constructed a complete custom built pool area and cabana with a mural to give the perception of space as we only had a very small yard to work with. In selling the property not long after the renovations were completed, the clients were able to capitalise on the improvements and made a substantial profit.
