Originally a 2 bedder townhouse we came up with a genius floor plan design to maximise an unused balcony and make the townhome a 3 bedder. We also completely re modeled the near un-usable courtyards to showcase outdoor living at its best considering the small area we had to work with. The clients were amazed at what we came up with and never in wildest dreams could have imagined being able to add on an extra room. We took care of all council, strata and legals to complete this beautiful renovation.
